ABOUT
EDDIE JOHN
Hello! I’m Eddie John, the founder and head coach at MetaMorph Performance. My journey began in Uganda, where I first discovered my passion for sports as a track and field athlete. Later, I moved to Stockholm, Sweden where I spent nine incredible years as an amateur boxer. These experiences taught me the importance of discipline and resilience, which are now the cornerstones of my coaching philosophy.
With over a decade in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of specialising in content production for some of Sweden's and Scandinavia's largest brands and notable athletes. I also competed in men’s physique competitions in Sweden, which deepened my understanding of athletic performance and training.
Now, I’m based in London, where I coach some of the UK’s top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at London Bridge. My coaching style is adaptable and personalised, ensuring that I cater to a diverse clientele, from busy individuals to elite competitors.
At MetaMorph Performance, I’m dedicated to unlocking your physical and mental potential through tailored training, nutritional advice, and continuous motivation.
When I’m not coaching, I enjoy photography and videography, although I don’t indulge in those hobbies as much as I used to. I believe that every journey is transformative, and I’m excited to help you discover your true athletic potential.
